If your order is placed before 3pm Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched the same working day!!
Deliveries can take place at any time between 8am and 7pm. We can not allocate customers exact time slots with our next day delivery service. If your delivery fails the courier will try again the next working day. However if it fails again the item will be stored in the depot for 4 days before the items are returned back to us. There is a charge which will be deducted from the refund which is the amount that we are charged from our courier. There is also a charge if you would want the item re-delivered again.
Please ask for other shipping rates before buying, If you require shipping outside of mainland UK.
All orders will be dispatched the same working day if placed before 3pm. We have collections from our courier on a Daily basis. Once collected, the items should normally be received the Next Working Day (subject to postcode area & only applies to mainland UK)
Return Policy
We ONLY accept returns no later than 14 days from date of delivery. Please contact us before starting a return to get an accurate figure on the delivery charge as prices do depend on the order.
